What data we collect
When you complete a form (request for information, brochure download or application) we collect your name, email, phone number and country, derived from your phone code.
We also record the origin of your enquiry (campaign and channel parameters, "UTM") so we can understand which campaign you came from, together with the date of the request.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to manage the admissions process and, if you consent, to send you information about our programmes.
The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Recipients and processors
Your data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the European Union. We use Vercel to host the website and Resend to send notification emails. These providers act as data processors under the appropriate agreements.
We do not sell your data. We will not transfer it to third parties except where required by law or to the processors strictly needed to provide the service.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and the admissions relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@motorsportbs.com.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access and backups.
